Renowned Luthier Andrew Knight has had an acclaimed parallel career as a musician, performer, songwriter and record producer.

Well-known for many years in the Sydney and Blue Mountains folk and acoustic music scenes, now, after a number of years concentrating on his guitar-repairing and guitar-making business, Andrew is performing again both under his own name and with the band Medicine Tree.

Medicine Tree comprises Andrew on guitars, keyboards and drums, Lisa Knight on bass, Bradley G. Ward on guitars, mandolin and harmonica, and occasional guest, Michal Duvdevani on keyboards and percussion.

Medicine Tree are also working on an album that is intended for release early in 2012.
